New Version of DMS Solutions Captures The Market

Beirut, 12 March 2007. Digital File s.a.r.l., a software solution provider from Beirut, Lebanon will announce its new version 4.0 of its DMS (Document Management Solution) solution during CeBIT, the world’s largest IT fair. Thanks to its attractive price-performance ratio and its time-saving and simple implementation, Digital File who are aiming to enlarge their market share, offer a very interesting solution for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).

The DMS solution E-File 4.0 offers a high quality and scalable DMS tool to its target group which has especially been tailored to the needs of SMBs. E-File is characterized by its easy use and strong performance. Because of its uncomplicated software licensing and the interesting price structure E-File is a strong alternative to the well-known DMS systems of the larger software providers.

Camille Dabdab, Managing Director of Digital File explains the advantage for his customers as follows: „So many small and medium-sized companies decide for large DMS programs because they simply know the brand name. That is understandable but most often not reasonable because they pay for functionalities they don’t use.“ Smaller businesses will experience another cost disadvantage when it comes to the expensive implementation of mighty DMS solutions. A third expense factor arises during the downsizing of the inflexible large solution to the company’s needs. The downsizing of systems that are too large for the company size, is necessary for smooth and transparent handling. With E-File the Beirut company provides a DMS system with the necessary depth of functionality for a very competitive price. Furthermore, industry-specific modules and functionalities are available.

The company does not only want to present its new software version to the visitors but is looking for new distributors for nearly all international markets. So far, their network contains partners for the following markets: Lebanon, Algeria, Kuwait, France and Australia. Now they are targeting further markets and aim for international expansion. Interested companies can come to Digital File’s booth at CeBIT fair and can convince themselves of the software’s functionality and gather further information regarding the partner program.

15 – 21 March 2007, Hanover (Germany): CeBIT, hall 1, booth B94
